As a result of investigative and operational measures conducted by the employees of the General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Inspector-Investigator of Tkibuli Police Division, M.sh. (DoB 1970) was detained for fraud based on the judge's ruling.
Through the investigation process, it was established that M. Sh. illegally appropriated 2000 GEL from the certain citizen as if in return for restoring the confiscated driving license.
